Tata Neu has been launched in India by the Tata Group. Dubbed a super app by the company, it is a one-stop shop for groceries, electronics, fashion, travel, beauty, health, food delivery, and so on. Tata Neu is an attempt by the salt to software conglomerate to challenge Flipkart, Amazon, and Reliance Jio.

The group has been testing the app since last year as it geared up to play a big role in the fast growing e-commerce space. It had acquired online players in various segments, including grocery delivery platform BigBasket and 1Mg, an online pharmacy.
According to Tata, the Neu app has been designed to offer a personalised shopping experience. It is finally available to general users after two years of research, development, and testing. The Tata Neu app basically unifies Tata Group brands such as Tata CLiQ, Big Basket, Air Asia, and so on.
The Tata Neu app has different categories such as Grocery, Electronics, Mobiles, Fashion, Beauty, Luxury, Hotels, Flights, Eat & Drink, Health, Entertainment, and Tata IPL. For fashion and beauty, it gives access to Tata CLiQ and Westside. For electronics, mobiles, and gadgets, it connects to Croma. For groceries, the company has integrated Big Basket. Users can book a flight through Air Asia, book a luxurious stay at an IHCL, and order a 5-star meal through Qmin. And, for medicine and health check-ups, the Tata Neu app connects to the 1mg site.
The homepage of the Tata Neu app gives access to Tata Pay. The company has partnered with ICICI Bank for its UPI-based payment solution. It allows users to pay bills, make payments, pay via RQ code, and send money to contacts from their bank accounts. The Tata Neu app also provides other financial services, such as loans and insurance.
Tata NeuCoins, NeuPass benefits
Tata Neu has a NeuCoins reward programme for its customers. According to the company, a customer can earn NeuCoins while transacting on the Neu app, website, or at any brand store or hotel. One NeuCoin is worth Re 1, and the company has not set any limit to how many coins one can earn.

With Tata Pay UPI, you can make payments and send money
Through this super app, you can make payments and transfer money using Tata Pay UPI. This feature can be used to send money to friends and family members. Any QR code can be scanned to use Tata Pay UPI for payments. Through this app, in addition to paying electricity bills, mobile, DTH, broadband, etc., users can also pay mobile bills.
