iPhone 14 lineup

This year’s iPhone 14 will include standard, Max, Pro and Pro Max variants

Apple is expected to launch two non-Pro and two Pro iPhone 14 models i.e. a 6.1-inch standard and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max as well as a 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro and 6.7-inch iPhone14 Pro Max. The 120Hz ProMotion display will only be limited to the Pro models as seen in the current iPhone 13 lineup.

Tipster Ross Young claims that the Chinese display maker BOE will supply screens for the non-Pro iPhone 14. The standard and iPhone 14 Max variants will reportedly feature LTPS panel whereas the Pro and Pro Max models are expected to come with LTPO screen that is capable of offering variable refresh rate. The LTPO panel is said to be supplied by Samsung and LG.

A recent report claimed that Apple will equip the entire iPhone 14 lineup with 6GB RAM. The Pro models are also tipped to ditch the traditional display notch in favour of a punch-hole and pill-shaped cutout. The iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max are also expected to come with upgraded cameras.

Apple launches its flagship iPhone lineup in fall every year. So it’s recommended to take this news with a pinch of salt since it’s quite early for the iPhone 14 rumour cycle.
