New Realme Pad Mini has been launched. To recall, the original model came with key specs like a 10.4-inch display, an Helio G80 chip, and a 7,100mAh battery.

Realme Pad Mini specifications and features

The Realme Pad Mini has an 8.7-inch IPS LCD display that offers a resolution of 1,340 x 800 pixels and a 5:3 aspect ratio.  The tablet features a 5-megapixel camera on the front and an 8-megapixel camera without a flash on the back.

The tablet is powered by the Unisoc T616 chipset. The device comes with up to 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage. For more storage, it is equipped with a dedicated microSD card slot.

The Realme Pad Mini runs on the Android 11 OS, The device is backed by a 6,400mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Other features include dual stereo speakers, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Sadly, though, the Realme Pad Mini launches running Android 11. Android 12 fully debuted six months ago, which makes this quite the disappointment. Considering how much of a struggle getting Realme to promise Android 12 for the Realme Pad was, Realme Pad Mini buyers will likely only ever get the Android 12 update—if at all they do.

Realme Pad Mini price

The 4/64 GB model will cost Php 11,990 (US$235) but is currently discounted to Php 9,990 (US$195), while the 3/32 GB SKU normally costs Php 9,990 (US$195) but is slashed to Php 8,490 (US$165), presumably for early birds. Comparatively, the 3/32 GB Realme Pad costs Php 10,990.
